
Here in Belgium, there has been a big increase in the number of people riding bikes. You can put it down to many reasons: better infrastructure, the greater availability of all types of bikes including e-bikes, and I reckon that there is a left over effect from the pandemic.
I have noticed in my own group of friends and colleagues, a lot of people restarting but not knowing how best to go about it, what else they need aside from a bike, what to wear, or how to organise rides.
